Marcus came from a retail background and had secured an interview for a legal administrative role. He had four weeks before the interview and needed a fast, credible orientation to how legal support environments work.
Enrolled in the Foundational Skills Pathway and worked through it at roughly two units per week, completing the programme in four weeks of part-time study alongside his existing job.
Performed well in the interview, joined the firm, and reported in a follow-up message that the vocabulary and filing conventions units had come up directly in his first two weeks.
