Three Programmes. One Focus.
Each Lexora programme addresses a different stage and context of legal support development — from first orientation through to a year of structured career-building.
How All Three Programmes Work
Across all Lexora programmes, the approach is the same: identify the real tasks that come up in legal support roles, build content around those tasks, and produce exercises that participants can work with in a real-work context shortly after completing each unit.
The format varies — self-paced versus live workshop versus membership — but the underlying logic doesn't. You should be able to point to something specific you've learned, and a corresponding output you've produced, at the end of each unit.
Task-First Design
All content starts from real legal support tasks, not theory
Structured Exercises
Each unit includes a practical exercise with a usable output
Specific Feedback
Feedback addresses your exercise, not generic programme notes
Regular Content Review
Materials reviewed and updated after each cohort cycle
