Cookie Policy
This page explains how Lexora uses cookies on our website, what each type does, and how you can manage your preferences. Your choices are stored locally in your browser and take effect immediately.

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information — such as your preferences or whether you have visited before — to make your experience more consistent.
Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other files on your device. They are widely used across the web and are governed in Singapore by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
2. Cookie Types We Use
Essential Cookies Always active
These are required for the website to function correctly. They manage things like your session state and security. They cannot be disabled.
- Session management and navigation state
- Your cookie consent preferences (stored in localStorage)
- Security and anti-fraud measures
Analytics Cookies Optional
These help us understand how visitors use our website — which pages are most visited, how long people stay, and where they come from. All data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Google Analytics (_ga, _gid) — tracks page visits and user flows
- Session duration and bounce rates
- Referring source information
Duration: _ga persists for 2 years; _gid for 24 hours.
Marketing Cookies Optional
These are used to understand ad campaign performance when we run advertising. They do not create personal profiles for third parties to use for their own marketing.
- Facebook Pixel — measures campaign reach from Facebook ads
- Bing UET tag — measures visits originating from Bing search ads
Duration: Typically 90 days from last interaction.
Preference Cookies Optional
These remember optional settings you have selected — for example, your region or display preferences — so you do not need to re-select them on return visits.
- UI display preferences
- Language or locale selections (if applicable)
Duration: Up to 12 months.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third-party services we use. These services have their own privacy policies which govern how they handle data collected via their cookies:
- Google Analytics — Google Privacy Policy
- Meta (Facebook Pixel) — Meta Privacy Policy
- Microsoft (Bing UET) — Microsoft Privacy Statement
We do not control the cookies placed by these services and encourage you to review their policies.
4. Manage Your Cookie Preferences

5. Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — exist only while your browser is open. Deleted automatically when you close the tab or browser.
