What Makes This Worth Your Time

Built Around Real Work Tasks

Content is drawn from the kinds of tasks that come up in actual legal support roles — not a condensed version of law school, not generic admin training.

Small Groups, Direct Feedback

Workshop cohorts are capped so participants get time with the instructor. Feedback is specific, not generic comments on a shared rubric.

Works Around a Job

The self-paced pathway and recorded sessions are designed for people already working. You don't need to clear your schedule to progress through the material.

A Structured Year, Not a One-Off

The membership programme gives you a framework for a full year of development — not just access to content, but structured reflection and a named advisor alongside you.

Practical Output, Not Just Concepts

Each unit produces something usable — a checklist, a file plan, a briefing note structure — things you can apply on the following Monday morning.

Peer Community Included

Workshop participants get a private cohort board and access to a mentoring circle through membership — people at similar stages in legal support careers.

Questions

Things People Usually Ask

Do I need prior experience in a law firm to join a programme?
Not at all. The Foundational Skills Pathway is built specifically for people at the start — career-changers, recent graduates, or individuals who want to understand how legal support work actually operates before stepping into it. The Workshop Series suits those already in a role but looking to sharpen particular skills.
Are sessions live or can I do them at my own pace?
It depends on the programme. The Foundational Skills Pathway is fully self-paced — you work through lessons and exercises on your own schedule over approximately eight weeks. The Workshop Series has weekly live-online sessions, though all sessions are recorded so you can revisit them. Membership gives you access to both formats.
What does a "participation record" mean at the end of the Foundational pathway?
It's a record showing that you've completed the modules and submitted the unit exercises. It's intended as documentation of your engagement with the material — something you can reference for your own records or mention when discussing your development. It's not a formal qualification but a straightforward record of what you've covered.
How is the Workshop Series different from the Foundational Pathway?
The Foundational Pathway is self-paced and broadly introductory — it covers how legal support environments operate, the vocabulary, filing conventions and communication norms. The Workshop Series assumes you have some familiarity already and focuses on building individual practical skills through live exercises and instructor feedback, one skill per week over twelve weeks.
What happens in the Career Pathway Membership's monthly check-ins?
Each member is assigned a named learning advisor. Monthly check-ins are brief one-to-one conversations — typically 20 to 30 minutes — to review what you've been working on, discuss any questions or blockers and adjust your learning plan if needed. They're not evaluative; they're advisory.
What are the fees, and how do I pay?
The Foundational Skills Pathway is SGD 220. The Practical Skills Workshop Series is SGD 640. The Career Pathway Membership is SGD 1,210 for a twelve-month term. Payment details and available methods are shared after your enrolment enquiry is confirmed.
